Engineered Packaging Dynamics can custom engineer and build all shape and size crates to match your unique specifications. We have more than 15 years' experience working alongside and supporting the manufacturing and defense industry with their transportation needs and requirements for domestic and international shipments of sensitive equipment.

We provide heavy-duty wood crating which is ISPM-15 (Heat Treated Program) compliant for the aerospace industry, medical equipment, trade shows, and more. Besides designing, we offer testing, mold and die crates, overseas crates, military crates, die-cut foam assemblies and sub-assemblies, refurbish your broken crates, custom military pallets, and much more.

Inside our crates and boxes, you’ll find custom packaging, blocking, and bracing. We also provide innovative cushioning designs for your range of products. Engineered Packaging Dynamics specializes in design and manufacturing in all types of foam material, die-cutting, assembly, foam in a box, etc. Foam is a light and cost effective alternative for inner packaging. Thousands of cushioning air cells protect against shock and abrasion damage during storage and shipping. Foams are non-dusting, Odor-free and moisture resistant. We also can provide shippers with static dissipative polyethylene foam.
